The Baldwin Fund memorializes Ralph Lyman Baldwin and was created in 1955 by his wife, Christine Reese Baldwin. Ralph Baldwin was the founder of the Choral Club of Hartford in 1906 and conducted it for over 30 years. Each year since, scholarhip aid and grants have been awarded from the fund. Its three trustees who faithfully provide the guidance under the terms of the trust are headed up by Wentworth Lawrence.
